Hometown Subaru has an amazing team of employees! Everyone we dealt with starting from the Internet search to the actual sale was very professional. No one was ever pushy but right there when we needed them. The whole team stayed on top of the search for the perfect vehicle and everyone has been extremely helpful answering any questions concerning our new Forester. When it came time to make the purchase, everyone worked together to ensure we were offered a great deal and get us out the door fast so we could enjoy our new ride. Subarus are wonderful cars & there aren't many reasons I would switch to another brand. That being said I really wish we had another Subaru dealership locally. Hometown employees that I have dealt with don't have passion about the brand & couldn't care less about your concerns unless you're talking to a salesman. They tend to give the majority of their attention to female customers then dismiss their concerns. Their service prices are high & they almost try to guilt you into having things done. Do your research then go there for a test drive. Try to get service elsewhere if you can.
I just had my vehicle inspected and got a sticker I took it here and they said that my rear brakes needed replaced asap I took it to another place and they were fine these people are just trying to weasel their way into your pocket my suggestion is to take your business elsewhere. also they told me my axle boot was torn and I should not drive it until it's fixed they must have thought I was stupid.
Friendly staff, very courteous and minimal wait times. If it's going to take longer they come out and explain what's going on. The sales people treat you with respect.
GREAT perfect will be back hopefully keeping my business local.
