Great sales staff, very friendly and helpful. However, management, not so much! When I came in to finalize the deal on a vehicle lease , I was left in a waiting area for 90 minutes and regularly told it would just be another few minutes. Ultimately, I walked out without a vehicle; thinking that if this occurred before the contract was signed what kind of service could I expect after!

They did have the car we wanted but they want to much for it in my opinion
WORST PLACE EVER. IM NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM. I had gotten a call that they had wanted to buy my car back. So my dad and I went back, granted it was late but they worked with us. After sitting for an hour they said they would get back to us. 2 months later we get a letter saying that we were denied for our application. We were very angry that the dealer never called us back and never notified us. Then when we had gone again, I had stated multiple times (12 my dad, grandmother, and I counted) that I wanted a specific car. But instead, they kept us there for 6-7 hours, and was distributing my information to every single bank out there, on a completely different car. It was after I had threatened to leave that they wanted to try and run it for the car I had wanted in the first place. I left anyway, very angry and felt like they had wasted my time. 2 weeks later they call my dad to have him come in with me to get the car I wanted. Terrible people. Terrible terrible terrible.
I almost can't believe that I'm writing a good review for a car dealer. I can be a difficult customer and I try not to spend a lot on transportation. I have bought 5 new cars over the years, and this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. I shopped for a long time, and when I was finally ready to purchase, they were patient with me and courteous. I believe I got a fair deal on this year's model with low financing. I should also mention that I owned a Kia before and had dealt with the service department at Hometown. All around, they are a great dealership.
