BEWARE!!!
I don't expect Customer Service or the Manager to return my call today.
I am getting ready to search for a new service provider.
Two hours later, our cell phone is still deactivated, and I just got off of the phone with customer service.
That was yesterday but the phone still deactivated and the manager never called us back.
Travis worked with me today, and he done an amazing job! He greeted us very nicely and he was super outgoing! I recommend going to him if you need a phone, help, etc.
The manager said:

We called the manager and the manger said he would activate the phone asap and call us back.
This is the most unprofessional store I’ve ever been in. Never have I ever seen management disrespect their employees quite like here. I believe the managers name was Shayla. I watched her belittle what looked liked a new employee to the point it looked like he was going to cry. Its ridiculous, needs new management. Never will spend my money here again till I see new management. To the kiosk I will go.
Our phone (we use the phone for our business) was deactivated without warning after we paid our bill.
I am glad someone is able to work.
Update: Three and half hours later. . . the said phone is activated.
Sales representative promised to waive the activation fee if we would switch carriers. We reluctantly agreed to switch carriers and the activation fee was not waived
Customer Service said they will contact the manager and get back with me sometime today.
