or whatever. About a week later I noticed he had a couple places of scale rot. I knew that he would have to have gotten from them considering it the snakes were on a coconut fiber bedding that was wet. Another week passed and he died of ibd. I went to them today and I was told it was my fault and that could have given me my money back. I hope that nobody buys a snake from them again. I also told them that I now have a western hognose and was lectured on how they are venomous rear fanged animals as if I didn't know about my snake and that I'm not cautious.
Never had a bad experience here. The prices are a bit high for food and supplies, but I generally use the dog grooming service. The groomers are all very friendly and adore my pup to death! They treat him well, and he always comes out looking handsome. They always ask for vet records in a timely manner, so I know my pup is around animals that are safe.
I was trying to find something and the store associate just told mms she thinks it's in a certain isle but didn't check our het someone too confirm. I never did find it.
I bought a ball python at this place and I was told he was there for two months and he was eating. He was way to small to be eating every week. When I bought him they never gave me a 'feeding chart'
Made an appointment several days in advance prior to grooming, they never made me aware of any necessary paperwork, and wasted an afternoon. PetSmart has lost our business for life.
