My wife and I were apartment searching in the Beckley area and we found Cranberry Woods. This property is beautiful, it is huge, it has 3 ponds and all the apartments are townhomes. I was really impressed with this property and how big the homes were.
New management is really good, appointments are clear, the pond is beautiful but needs s little bit cleaning . People in the community are helpful and decent.
So many great things, that I am not sure where to start. While there is a great community center, pool, kids play area, the highlight (for us) was definitely the private fishing pond (catch and release). Then the grassy hilly terrain was a great backdrop for babecue nights (complete with firefly lights).
Very nice on the outside with a stocked pond and pool, but average on the inside.
I have lived here for almost a year and the Staff is great, prompt and friendly, maintenance guys are friendly and trustworthy, beautiful apartments, safe neighborhood. Definitely a five star apartments for Beckley.
