I used to purchase all of my wife's jewelry from LeRoy's at the crossroads mall as the customer service was always exceptional. However, the recent change in management has resulted in a complete degradation of the customer experience. The manager himself is absurdly disrespectful and is the direct cause for why I will never frequent this establishment again. I would give a rating of zero stars if it were at all possible.
