I don't even think this store deserves a quarter of a star. First of all the woman, Kristen, behind the register was a nasty piece of work. She was beyond rude and was making fun of people to their faces. My question would be that why, of all of the beauty stores I have been to does this particular sephora have the WORST service? I live in New York and I have never been so appalled by people in the makeup industry. I wanted to jump over the counter and teach her a thing or two on how to treat customers , who are spending money on a company and brand the employees are supposed to be selling and advertising. If I had ever behaved the way the women in this store behaved I would have been fired on the spot. I will never come back to this sephora again . I will also never recommend this sephora to anybody. I will be contacting the national headquarters and will make sure this gets resolved. The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people who are planning on spending their money on their products.
I've been to probably 15 different Sephora stores, and honestly it's kind of a company-wide thing that the sales women are rude and disrespectful to customers. But I wanted to shout from the mountaintop today after my FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!! These ladies were amazing!!! My eyebrows were in dire need of new product, and not only did the lovely flame-haired expert find me the perfect powder, she applied the most lovely set of brows I've ever seen! Her blonde associate stayed and we talked makeup and then she checked me out and gave me a great birthday gift of soy face wash and Rose mask! I had been skipping going to the Sephora stores and just shopping online due to poor service, but today's trip has changed my mind! I'll be back and I look forward to seeing these ladies again!
" Umm, neither since we are both busy." I laid my stuff down and walked out and drove to Ulta!! Don't know the lady's name but she had bright purple hair and she seriously needs a job where she DOES NOT have to deal with customers.

Rude, obnoxious sales associates! I was just in the store and walked to the front to pay for my purchase, I asked the sales lady if the line started on the left or the right and she said
