Called Appalachian Heating because our AC wasn't working. The tech was great and explained everything very honestly. Our 25+ year old system was failing and we needed something new. Everything was installed yesterday and the service was great. Unlike another company we used previously, these guys made sure everything was RIGHT from day one. Will be using them again when our second unit needs replaced!
