Store is very clean and staff is very professional. Management staff is very attentive to the customers that are coming into the store.
The salesman Doug lied to us, several times. I have been fighting with ATT for months trying to get our early termination fees paid as promised by the salesman, even in a text message and they will not honor his promises. They say we did not qualify for the promotion. It doesn't matter to them that he lied to us. So buyer be ware!!!!
Sell rep lie about everything and anything to get sells and Doug that the mall very rude and very unprofessional don't trust anything they say worthless
Trying to get a prepaid sim card to go out of town to a place that only has att service available. They don't seem to want anyone's business.
Stood in the the store for 15 minutes and we were never acknowledged by associates. Waited around and eventually left for sprint where we were greeted as we came in the store and helped promptly.
